Frankie G's famous brick oven, coal fired pizza is made using only the finest ingredients available. We start by making our Meat Lover's Pie with the dough and sauce made fresh on our premises daily. We then combine these with mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, and meatball. This pizza is a meat lover's dream come true!
For all those not familiar with our pizza, please know that our pizza is "true" brick oven pizza, "coal fired" and made with all the love and care our ancestors used many years ago in Italy. Cooked at very high temperatures, close to 900 degrees- it comes to you fresh and ready to heat with all the smokiness that only coal ovens can bring. This gives our pizza a unique flavor we are sure you will enjoy.
