Ground service is available to CT, MA, ME, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VT, WV ONLY. Note: FedEx does not guarantee delivery by any specific time or date for ground service. BuyNYPizza.com is not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to any shipping option chosen. Be aware that due to the perishable nature of our products, BuyNYPizza.com recommends FedEx Overnight Service as the optimum choice for shipping. BuyNYPizza.com will not be responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to bad weather. BuyNYPizza.com will not be responsible for packages that are delivered to an address where no one is home to accept the order. Your claim must be filed with Fedex, not BuyNYPizza.com, if a delivery failure should occur. We will be happy to assist in filing a claim with Fedex you if your package does not arrive as promised.Our products can not withstand extreme temperatures or extended time in the package it has been shipped in. With this in mind, it is recommended that you advise gift recipients of the anticipated delivery to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package. We recommend upon receipt of your order, that products be refrigerated immediately. If needed, our products are packed in a cooler with ice packs to keep them cold for approximately 48 hours. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date, please indicate that in the Comments section during check out. BuyNYPizza.com reserves the right to adjust shipping dates to arrange arrival of your package as close to the requested date as possible. Possible reasons for this could be a result of changes in courier guarantees.  Saturday delivery is available (except on holiday weekends) in some areas at an additional charge of $15. Shipments to APO's, PO Boxes, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not available at this time. Orders placed using a personal/corporate shipping account will incur a $7 charge to cover the cost of packing materials. Under normal conditions, all orders are processed within 24 hours upon receipt of your order. Holiday orders including Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, New Years, July 4th, etc. should be placed at least 4 days in advance to ensure delivery on time. Orders placed the day before a major holiday will not be shipped until after the holiday.
